Kitchen Designer and Bookkeeper

About the role:
We are looking for a talented kitchen designer to join our award-winning team. At Kitchen Classics, you will plan, design, and implement stunning kitchen spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful — all while working with the finest lines in the industry.
Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and implement kitchen layouts that are beautiful, functional, and tailored to each client

Guide clients through the selection of cabinets, countertops, hardware, and appliances
-
Listen carefully to clients, take detailed notes, and translate their vision into thoughtful design solutions

Manage projects within established budgeting and project management processes
-
Collaborate with the Kitchen Classics team to deliver exceptional results

Bookkeeper
Kitchen Classics Ltd is a trusted name in kitchen design. We're looking for a detail oriented bookkeeper to join our tight-knit team; someone who takes pride in clean numbers and enjoys being part of a friendly, professional workplace. Schedule is flexible and can be tailored to the right candidate's needs.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Track and process staff expense reimbursements

Monitor and categorize daily business expenses
-
Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
-
Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
-
Support annual audits and tax preparation

Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications & Skills
-
Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent hands-on experience

Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Friendly, collaborative attitude and works well with others

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
